Slack CRM Integration

Send new-lead, deal-won, and missed-call alerts from MapleConnect straight into the Slack channels your team already watches — connected through Zapier or our REST API.

SLACK → MAPLECONNECTSLSlackMapleConnectAutomations

MapleConnect connects to Slack so every important CRM event — a new lead, a won deal, a missed call — lands in the right Slack channel the moment it happens. Your sales and support teams stay in the loop without logging into the CRM or switching tabs.

The connection runs through Zapier (via MapleConnect’s Zapier app) or our REST API, so you can be live in minutes with no code. This is a notification and automation bridge — not a native Slack app — which means you control exactly which events post, where they post, and how each message reads.

Because MapleConnect is an all-in-one CRM with built-in AI voice, chatbot, SMS, and email, the alerts you pipe into Slack reflect activity across your whole funnel — not just one channel.

What you can do

Once Slack is connected

Announce new leads instantly

When a lead is captured in MapleConnect — from a web form, chatbot, or inbound call — post a formatted alert to a #sales or #leads channel so the nearest rep can claim it before it goes cold.

Celebrate won deals

Trigger a “deal won” message to your team channel the moment a deal moves to Closed-Won, complete with deal name, value, and owner — so wins are visible and morale stays high.

Flag pipeline & stage changes

Post an update whenever a contact moves between pipeline stages, so managers can spot stalled deals and follow-ups without opening a single report.

Alert on missed calls & messages

When the AI voice agent logs a missed call or a new SMS, WhatsApp, or chatbot message arrives, drop a notification in Slack so someone responds fast.

Route assignments to the right people

Use Slack channels (or @mentions via Zapier) to notify a specific owner when a lead is assigned to them, keeping accountability clear across the team.

How to connect Slack to MapleConnect

  1. 01

Step 1 — Start a Zap with MapleConnect

In Zapier, create a new Zap and choose MapleConnect’s app as the trigger. Pick the event you want to broadcast, such as “New Lead,” “Deal Won,” or “Stage Changed.”

  2. 02

Step 2 — Add Slack as the action

Choose Slack as the action app and select “Send Channel Message” (or “Send Direct Message”). Authorize Slack once so Zapier can post on your behalf.

  3. 03

Step 3 — Map your fields and channel

Pick the destination channel and map MapleConnect fields — lead name, deal value, owner, source — into the message text. Turn the Zap on and your alerts go live.

  4. 04

    Prefer to build it yourself?

Developers can skip Zapier and use MapleConnect’s REST API with Slack’s incoming webhooks to post events directly, giving you full control over payloads, formatting, and routing logic.

You connect through Zapier using MapleConnect’s Zapier app: pick a MapleConnect trigger (like a new lead or won deal), add Slack’s “Send Channel Message” action, map your fields, and switch the Zap on. Developers can alternatively use MapleConnect’s REST API together with Slack incoming webhooks. Either way, you can be live in minutes with no code on the no-code path.
No. MapleConnect does not have a native Slack app. The integration is built honestly through Zapier (via our Zapier app) or our REST API, both of which let you push CRM events into Slack channels reliably without any custom infrastructure.
Any event MapleConnect exposes through Zapier or the API — common ones include new leads, won and lost deals, pipeline stage changes, new appointments, missed calls, and inbound SMS, WhatsApp, or chatbot messages. You choose which events post and to which channels.
The primary, supported pattern is one-way: MapleConnect → Slack notifications. With Zapier you can also build the reverse direction — for example, a Slack action that creates or updates a record via MapleConnect’s API — though most teams use the integration for outbound alerts.
MapleConnect uses flat plan pricing — Free, Essential at $199, Professional at $299, and Premium at $399 — and the API is available to connect Slack. A separate Zapier account is required if you use the no-code path, billed by Zapier under their own plans. See our pricing page for current details.
Alerts fire as soon as the triggering event is processed. Zapier polls or receives triggers and posts to Slack near real time, while the REST API and webhooks deliver events immediately. For time-sensitive channels like new-lead alerts, the API route gives the lowest latency.
