You connect Shopify to MapleConnect through Zapier (or our REST API), so new customers and orders flow straight into the CRM. From there, MapleConnect runs the follow-up Shopify can’t: abandoned-cart nudges, thank-you and review sequences, and reactivation campaigns by SMS and email.
This is a Zapier/API integration, not a native one — and it works in minutes. Shopify stays your store of record for products, checkout, and payments; MapleConnect becomes the customer-relationship and follow-up engine wrapped around it.

How to connect Shopify to MapleConnect

Add both apps in Zapier
Create a Zapier account, then search for the MapleConnect app and the Shopify app inside Zapier to start a new Zap.

Choose a trigger and action
Pick a pair such as “New Order in Shopify” → “Create or update contact in MapleConnect,” then enroll that contact in a sequence as the next step.

Map fields and test
Map email, name, phone, order value, line items, and tags. Turn the Zap on, place a test order, and confirm the contact and follow-up sequence fire correctly.
