Zoom CRM Integration

Auto-create Zoom links for booked meetings, log who attended, and trigger follow-up — connected through Zapier or our REST API.

ZOOM → MAPLECONNECTZmZoomMapleConnectAutomations

Connect Zoom to MapleConnect and the busywork around video meetings disappears: when a demo or appointment is booked, a Zoom link is generated and sent to your lead automatically, the meeting is logged to their record, and follow-up fires on its own.

MapleConnect connects to Zoom through Zapier (via our Zapier app) or our REST API — it is not a native Zoom integration. That keeps setup honest and flexible, and it works with the all-in-one CRM you already use for AI voice, chatbot, SMS, email, and booking.

A quick note on names: Zoom is the video-meetings tool this page covers — not Zoho, the CRM that search engines often suggest alongside it. If you want Zoom links and attendance tracking inside your CRM, you are in the right place.

What you can do

Once Zoom is connected

Booked demo → Zoom link auto-sent

The moment a lead books a demo or appointment in MapleConnect, a Zoom meeting is created and the join link is sent in the confirmation email or SMS — no copy-pasting links by hand.

Log meetings to the contact timeline

Meeting details — date, time, and join link — are written back to the lead’s record so every rep can see what’s scheduled and what already happened, right inside the CRM.

Post-meeting follow-up on autopilot

After the call, MapleConnect can automatically send a thank-you, a recap, or a proposal so warm conversations don’t go cold while you’re busy with the next one.

No-show re-engagement

When a booked attendee doesn’t join, trigger a friendly re-engagement sequence — a “sorry we missed you” message with a one-click link to rebook — instead of letting the lead slip away.

Reminders and reschedule nudges

Send reminder texts and emails before the call to cut no-shows, and let leads reschedule without back-and-forth, keeping your calendar clean and your show-rate high.

How to connect Zoom to MapleConnect

  1. 01

Create a Zap with MapleConnect as the trigger

In Zapier, start a new Zap and choose MapleConnect as the trigger app. Pick a booking event — such as a new appointment or booked demo — as the thing that kicks off the automation.

  2. 02

Add a “Create Meeting” action in Zoom

Add Zoom as the action app and select “Create Meeting.” Map the booking’s date, time, and attendee details so each new booking spins up its own Zoom meeting automatically.

  3. 03

Send the join link back to your lead

Pass the generated Zoom join link back into MapleConnect — into the confirmation email or SMS — so the attendee gets their link instantly and it’s saved to their record.

  4. 04

Prefer code? Use the REST API

Developers can skip Zapier and wire Zoom to MapleConnect directly with our REST API and webhooks for fully custom meeting creation, logging, and follow-up logic.

Meeting details such as the date, time, and Zoom join link are written to the lead’s record and timeline, so your team can see what’s scheduled and what already took place without leaving MapleConnect.
Yes. When a booked attendee doesn’t join, you can trigger a re-engagement sequence — for example a “sorry we missed you” message with a rebook link — so the lead gets another chance to reschedule.
Depending on your Zoom plan, recording or transcript availability can be passed into MapleConnect through Zapier or the API. The core, reliable flow is creating meetings, delivering the join link, and logging the activity.
MapleConnect uses flat pricing — Free, Essential at $199, Professional at $299, and Premium at $399 — with the Zoom connection handled through Zapier or our API. See the pricing page for what’s included on each plan.
