Mortgage & Lending tools, patched into one CRM

Connecting your LOS, POS, and marketing tools to an AI-native CRM means every new lead triggers instant follow-up and every past borrower gets automated milestone and rate-watch outreach — so you win the speed-to-lead race and recapture refinances instead of losing them.

391%
Borrowers called within one minute of submitting a mortgage inquiry are 391% more likely to convert than those contacted later — making speed-to-lead the single biggest lever a lender controls.
~1 in 4 (28%)
Servicers retained only about 28% of borrowers who refinanced in Q3 2025 — a 3.5-year high — meaning roughly three of every four refinancing customers are lost to a competitor without proactive recapture outreach.
~70% in 13 months
About seven in ten borrowers forget the name of their lender within 13 months of closing, and only roughly one in five returns to their original lender for a future loan — while acquiring a new customer costs 5-25x more than retaining one.
Why connect your stack

Stop re-typing. Start automating.

Mortgage leads decay in minutes and borrowers forget their lender within a year, yet loan officers juggle a fragmented stack of LOS, POS, and marketing CRMs where new inquiries sit uncontacted for hours and past clients drift to competitors at refinance time.

Connecting your mortgage tools to MapleConnect lets your AI voice agents, automated campaigns, and sales pipeline act on real loan data — so every borrower gets timely follow-up without your team doing the manual work.

Whether your stack runs on a full LOS like Encompass or Calyx Point, a borrower-facing POS like Floify or SimpleNexus, or a dedicated mortgage marketing platform like Surefire CRM, MapleConnect bridges the gap. Loan status changes, document requests, and pipeline milestones can all trigger the right outreach at the right moment — keeping deals moving and borrowers informed throughout the process.

Each tool connects natively, through our Zapier app, or via our public API. Select one to see exactly what flows in and what it triggers.

MapleConnect + Encompass

Loan Origination
via API

Connect Encompass to MapleConnect via MapleConnect's API to sync loan file data directly into your CRM pipeline. When loan status changes in Encompass, MapleConnect can automatically trigger AI follow-up sequences, keeping borrowers and referral partners in the loop without manual effort.

What syncsLoan files, borrower contacts, application status, milestone/stage changes, conditions, and document events flow from Encompass into MapleConnect; CRM contact and status updates can be written back.
What it automatesWhen a loan crosses a milestone (e.g., Submitted, Conditional Approval, Clear to Close), MapleConnect auto-sends the borrower a stage-appropriate status text/email and alerts the LO to call.
How to connectConnect via MapleConnect's documented public REST API — wire the events and fields your team needs.
  • Trigger AI voice agent or SMS outreach automatically when a loan moves to a new milestone — such as conditional approval or clear-to-close — pulling the status update from Encompass via the API.
  • Route new loan applications from Encompass into MapleConnect's sales pipeline so loan officers can track every deal's stage, assigned contacts, and next action in one place.
  • Sync borrower contact records from Encompass into MapleConnect to power email and SMS campaigns, ensuring your outreach list always reflects active loan files rather than stale spreadsheet exports.

MapleConnect connects to Encompass, Calyx Point, and SimpleNexus through MapleConnect's public REST API. Your team or a developer configures the API connection to push or pull loan data — such as status updates and borrower records — so MapleConnect can act on that information in real time.
Yes. Floify and Surefire CRM connect to MapleConnect through Zapier, so an active Zapier account is required. Once connected, you can build Zaps that pass trigger events — like a new application or a campaign enrollment — from those platforms into MapleConnect's workflows and automations.
No. MapleConnect treats your LOS/POS as the system of record for loan data and syncs a copy of contacts, status, and milestone events into the CRM for follow-up. Field mapping is one-directional by default (LOS/POS → CRM), and any write-back of CRM contact or status updates is explicit and configurable, so your loan files stay intact.
MapleConnect's outreach respects consent and opt-out: you sync e-consent and contact-preference fields from your POS (e.g., Floify e-consent), automations honor quiet-hours and opt-out flags, and every contact carries a consent record. You control which triggers send SMS versus email so high-speed follow-up doesn't outrun compliance.
